In every business and organisation, there are gaps.

These gaps represent the difference between what you are Actually getting and what you Ideally want and know you ought to achieve.

When our actual experiences are somewhat less than we think we can achieve, we tend to feel a pattern of feelings such as sadness, dissatisfaction, worry and other depressive senses (Higgins self discrepancy theory- 1989. )

We work on a common human intrinsic motivation. When you know where you are (actual state) and clarify where you ought to be (ideal state), with the right tools and training (our bit) you will be empowered to close those gaps.

The truth about most business improvement programs is – they fail to achieve lasting improvement and in some cases actually inhibit change (Schaffer and Thompson 1992)
